如果有多个字段名称一样的话，，那查出来的数据就多了

select column_name,table_name from
all_col_comments
where owner ='SCOTT' AND column_name ='EMPNO'
或者
select column_name,table_name from
user_col_comments
where column_name ='EMPNO'
