the.NETFrameworkiscorrectlyinstalledandthattheACLsonthe

首先停止IIS服务
iisreset/stop
然后删除ASPNET帐号
netuserASPNET/delete
重新注册ASP.NET和ASPNET帐号
aspnet_regiis-i
启动IIS
iisreset/start
